Bright Double Bedroom in Central London (Zone 1/2)

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our cute girly flat in Vauxhall as one of us is moving 🌃

Area:
📍- Vauxhall / SE11 - super close to lots of tube stations (Vauxhall, Kennington, Oval, Westminster, Waterloo are all easily walkable)
☕️ 🍻 - Lots of super cute pubs, cafes, restaurants nearby for a lunchtime or post-WFH bite/drink
🌊🌳 - Few minutes from the river and lots of lovely green spaces nearby including Battersea down the road

Room details:
💰- Rent £815 pcm + approx £115 for bills (slightly more in winter)
🗓️ - Move in by 30th September latest, possibly flexible w/c 27th September
💸 - Joint tenancy agreement, however I (Gabby) pay the full rent amount to the landlord every month on behalf of the 3 of us
📄 - Contract reflects new flexible tenancies (not fixed term) but we’re looking for someone that wants to stay long term, as it is still a joint tenancy

About the flat:
🏡 - Flat is bright, spacious, well located and super central, and finished to a high standard.
📦No garden/balcony but lots of outdoor communal green space. Not a lot of storage space, but we can luckily fit a lot under the beds.
🛏️ - The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Space for a small desk if needed.
🛁 - One bathroom
🍽️ - All of the usual kitchen appliances, but NO dishwasher

About you:
Someone of similar age/interests, friendly, clean, and considerate - ultimately someone that we feel comfortable sharing the space with, but also someone that is open to chatting and potentially becoming friends over time if we all suit each other well :)

Dympna (27) - Irish 🇮🇪 recently moved to London, finance girlie working in insurance 👩‍💻 love running, pilates and exploring london during my weekends

Gabs (27) - been in and around London most of my life, currently working in data consulting 💻 into live music, also big into the gym/running, nature, and meandering and exploring whenever I can 🌳

We try to balance time together while equally enjoying our own space / down time, and would love for whoever joins us to join us on the occasional venture for drinks or a wholesome wander etc 🌸

We keep the flat clean & tidy and have created a lovely home we can unwind and relax in, as well as being respectful of the shared space & working schedules during the week - so would like our new flatmate to match this energy 😌
