Double room in Vauxhall

We’re looking for someone to replace our current flatmate, who’s moving out in late August / early September.

The flat is in a great location, within a short walk of Vauxhall station, Oval station, and Kennington station. We’re also just a minute away from a large Tesco, which is very convenient :))

The property is fully furnished and includes a separate living room and bathroom. There are three of us in total, and the larger bedroom is available.

You would be added to the existing tenancy agreement.

A bit about us — we’re Ana and Lucas, both PhD students in physics, and we’re looking for a friendly third flatmate to join the house. We’re both very easygoing and like to keep the flat clean and relaxed. Ana loves music and all kinds of art, while Lucas enjoys cooking and going for the occasional run. We’re hoping to find someone similarly considerate and friendly who’s looking for a longer-term home rather than just a short stay.
