We have two lovely double rooms becoming available from 1 September in our fantastic five-bedroom flat in Vauxhall/Kennington.

The flat is arranged over two levels, giving it a particularly spacious feel for a London flatshare. Both the kitchen and living areas are generously sized, fully furnished and very well maintained.

One of the great features of this property is the separate lounge, complete with sofas, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs – giving everyone a proper communal space to relax, eat or spend time together.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are also two bathrooms, which is particularly convenient in a shared flat.

Everything is kept clean and tidy, with a cleaner visiting once a week to clean all the communal areas.

The flat is in SE11 6JF, on Black Prince Road, in a fantastic Central London location between Vauxhall, Kennington and the River Thames.

Transport connections are excellent, with both Vauxhall and Kennington Underground stations within easy walking distance.

Vauxhall gives you access to the Victoria line, as well as National Rail services, making it extremely convenient for travelling across London. Kennington provides access to the Northern line, giving you another excellent option for getting into the West End, the City and other parts of London.

There are also bus stops almost immediately outside the property, providing further connections across Central London.

One of the biggest attractions of the location is its proximity to the River Thames and Albert Embankment, which are only a few minutes' walk away – perfect for riverside walks, running or simply enjoying some of London's most iconic surroundings.

The Rooms & Flatmates

The three current flatmates are all working professionals: three men aged 23, 25 and 42.

As two rooms are becoming available at the same time, this could also be a great opportunity for two friends who would like to live in the same flat, although applications from individuals are equally welcome.

Please note that each room is for single occupancy only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples.

Rent & Bills

The rent for each room is £240 per week (£1,040 per calendar month) and includes:

There are no additional household bills to pay.

The total deposit for each room is equivalent to four weeks' rent (£960) and will be protected through the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

To reserve a room, you would initially pay £240, equivalent to one week's rent. One day before you move in, you would then pay:

£720 – the remaining three weeks of the deposit
£1,040 – your first month's rent in advance

One day before move-in: £1,760 (£720 remaining deposit + £1,040 first month's rent)

Length of Stay

The minimum stay is one month, and we require one month's notice when you decide to leave.

Your deposit will be held in the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
