Vauxhall-Nine-elms flat share

We have a spare room becoming available in our friendly 4-bedroom flat, as I’m unfortunately having to move out due to a family emergency.
The flat is in a great location and, despite being so well connected, it’s genuinely quiet. We don’t really get much noise, so it’s a peaceful place to come back to after work.

You’ll be living with Ryan, Will and George, who are all working professionals. Everyone is friendly, easy-going and respectful of each other’s space. It’s a relaxed household, but we’ll also hang out in the living room, watch Netflix or put a match on together.

Transport links are great, with Vauxhall Station around 14 minutes away, Nine Elms 10 minutes and Oval 11 minutes. There’s also a big Sainsbury’s about 9 minutes away and a nice pub just around the corner.

Rent is £875 per person per month, with bills and council tax coming to around £120 per person per month, including electricity, Wi-Fi, and water.

It’s been a really nice place to live, and I’d love to find someone friendly and easy-going to take over the room.
