Double Bedroom in Vauxhall

I am leaving my lovely bright double bedroom in Vauxhall to relocate out of London for work. It is a house share of four people total in a quiet residential area of Vauxhall less than a 10 minute walk to the tube station with the Victoria line. Lambeth North and Kennington Stations are around a 15 to 20 minute walk away and Waterloo about a 20 to 25 minute walk away.

The room itself has lovely sash windows with blackout blinds and plenty of storage including a built in wardrobe. Furniture includes the bed with drawers beneath, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. There is also plenty of shared storage space.

The flat is on the ground floor of a larger ex council flat building. there are two bathrooms so you only need to share with one other person. The council tax band is B.

The area is peaceful and full of families with a GP literally on the doorstep. A big Tesco is five mins away, with lots of vibey pubs nearby.

You will be living with three young professionals, all very friendly, aged between 24 and 27. All are very chatty in the kitchen and willing to hang out more if you’d like. Think pub quizzes, pub trips, TV nights, cooking together, etc.
