Flat description:

Our 3rd flatmate Paige is moving in with her partner, and we’re looking for a new flatmate in our 3bed/1bath who is kind, considerate, and most importantly clean!

Brittany and I are good friends and love catching up when we pass each other in the flat, but still have our own friends and busy lives.
 
We are both active people, and also enjoy travelling & exploring the city. We each go on the occasional evening out, but neither of us drink often, and neither of us smoke; we are looking for someone who can match our lifestyle.

For overnight guests, partners are welcome (it’s been wholesome seeing our boyfriends getting along) and we just let each other know in advance for friends/family visiting London. 

Flat is furnished by the landlord, and your cozy room comes with a bed/dresser/small desk, and lots of natural light from the big window! 

We are a 3min walk from the Victoria line, 10min walk from Oval and Nine Elms and have a cute leafy cafe down the street. There is a massive Sainsbury’s next to Nine Elms stn for your weekly shop or Tesco Express, Little Waitrose & Sainsburys Local all next to Vauxhall stn if you forgot something from the list.

Logistics:

• Rent: £1,050 + ~£137 each for bills (may increase in winter)
• Security deposit: £1,350
• Lease change fee: £50 
• Move-in: Mid October (possibly a short sublet from move-in until tenant name change ticks over on Dexter’s contract on Nov 1)
• Must past referencing with the letting agency 
• (Masters/PhDs students) Must be willing to cover their share (1/3) of the council tax
