🏡 Roommate wanted!

We are looking for a lovely new flatmate to move into our wonderful house located in Vauxhall (Zones 1/2). It’s a large and bright double room which will be available from 01 November 2026 (dates negotiable).

Who we are looking for:

You’re between 26 - 35 yrs old, and describe yourself as considerate, friendly, tidy, and easy to live with. We would like the new flat mate to be a non-smoker, professional who is keen to engage with your flat mates, intend to stay long term, and contribute to making the place feel like home.

🛏 About the room:

• Type: Double (king-size bed, big front room) it overlooks the square and gets incredible afternoon light. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other flatmates.
• Price: £880 per month
• Deposit: Protected (£960 - to be refunded when you move out)
• Contract: Rolling
• Furniture: Double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, generous shelves, standing lamp, and a couch (desk and TV not included)
• Bills: Please keep in mind that bills will be around £120 a month extra (not included in the prices shown above). They include broadband, council tax, electricity, gas and water.

👯‍♀️ About us:

You'd be sharing the flat with Maria, Bella and Kerrie - all in our late 20's and early 30's. We all work varied hours (including shift-work) so our home tends to be a relaxing place to unwind. We enjoy doing hobbies and watching TV together, and having small gatherings (particularly in summer on our rooftop terrace). We also appreciate having our own space.

🍃 About the house/neighbourhood:

We live in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London - Bonnington Square. Tucked between Vauxhall, Kennington and Oval, it’s a very quiet residential area, with a little coffeeshop (featured in: The Guardian, The Evening Standard) down the road where you can go and grab a sandwich and coffee. On our doorstep, we're surrounded by a lush community garden, plenty of pubs, parks, green spaces, gyms, and are also a short walk to the Thames.

Our flat is perfect for summers - we have an amazing roof-terrace with sun loungers and a little barbecue. It’s also great in winter and the colder months as we have a large, open-plan living room to hang out in.

🚇 Transport

It's a tranquil area, which also happens to be very well connected. We are a 6 minute walk from Vauxhall bus, train and tube station, and a 10 minute walk to Oval tube station. We are in the middle of a few large supermarkets (10 -15 minute walk in either direction), and local supermarkets (6 minute walk).
