COSTS
• Rent includes council tax (about £44 a month each).
• Bills (electricity, water, Wi-Fi) are extra, split equally at cost: about £75 a month each room on average – roughly £50–60 in warm months and £100 in colder months, depending on heating (all electric, no gas).
