I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely flat in the heart of Victoria.

The available room is the spacious master bedroom, featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage and privacy.

The flat is a well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a secure building with lift, concierge, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's just a 4-minute walk from Victoria Station, with excellent connections via the Victoria, District and Circle lines, making it ideal for commuting anywhere in London.

You'll also be within walking distance of Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S Food, as well as cafés, restaurants, gyms and everything you need for day-to-day living.

You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly, respectful professionals. It's a clean, relaxed home rather than a party flat, so we're looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Spanish-speaking is preferred, the most important thing is finding someone who will be a great fit for the house.

Rent: £1,230 per month
Bills: ~ £145 per month
Available from: 7th August

This is a tenancy takeover, so the successful applicant will need to complete the standard referencing and affordability checks with the letting agency, as well as receive the landlord's approval before the tenancy can be transferred and the move-in can take place.

I'm only moving out because I'm moving in with my girlfriend, otherwise I'd happily stay, as it's genuinely been a fantastic place to live.
