We are a friendly professional family consisting of a couple, our 15 year old daughter. We take great pride in keeping our home clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and we're looking for someone who will enjoy and respect the same environment.

WHO THIS ROOM WOULD SUIT

This room is best suited to a professional with a busy working lifestyle who is often out during the day. As this is our family home rather than a shared house, we're looking for someone who values a quiet, relaxed living environment.

The kitchen is fully available for preparing meals during the day, and we generally keep evenings as family time, so we appreciate light kitchen use after around 7:00 pm where possible. While the room offers excellent privacy with its own en-suite, the living room remains part of the family's private space.

We would especially welcome someone who often eats at work or prefers simple meal preparation, although this is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for a considerate person who is happy living in a peaceful family home.

To help maintain a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, we ask that late-night noise and frequent visitors are avoided.
