Lovely room on Victoria Pk £775 pcm Bills included

The room gets lovely light in the afternoons and overlooks Victoria park. It's not huge but it is fully furnished (with double bed) in a peaceful flat sharing with me - a hard-working professional creative type who works in the performing arts industry and teaches in HE, and a very friendly cat. Flat is fairly modern, has a secure back yard (good for bikes!) and small front garden as well as gated car park and good neighbours. I'm a veggie but have no problem sharing with flesh-eaters ;-) I'm not a neat freak but not a slob either - would like someone easy-going and friendly who would be able to feel at home here. All bills incl council tax and broadband/wi-fi included in rent. View of the park is priceless! In zone 2, it's a short bus ride into the city and great East/West connections on train (Richmond to Stratford via Hampstead, Islington, Camden etc) - station is just a few mins walk away.
