Double room minutes from Victoria Park (short)

Hello! Please stay in my cosy south-west facing double in a lovely Edwardian house. There's a really well equipped kitchen, very large living/dining room, one main bathrooms and a WC, separate laundry room and spacious garden. I'm moving in with a friend in mid December and there was quite a lot of overlap so thought I'd try sublet the room after I move out.

THE ROOM
As I'll be moving out, the room will be emptier than the photo! But there will be a bed, mattress, desk, chair and clothes storage. Let's chat, as I can leave some things if you need them such as towels, bedding etc.

DATES AND COST
My room will be available between 27 Dec and 17 Jan. The room will be £230 per week including all bills (gas, electric, wifi, council tax and water).

FLATMATES
You'll be staying with interior designer Diana and vegan café manager Simone. They mostly keep themselves to themselves but we do things as a house too.

THE AREA & TRANSPORT
The area is generally quite peaceful and quiet and our house is a 2 minute walk to beautiful Victoria park. It's a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park village, Homerton overground station that connects to you Highbury and Islington (Victoria line, trains) or a 5 minute walk to several bus stops that take you to Bethnal Green or Stratford.
