Double room in E9

Hello,

I have a furnished double bedroom available from mid September. Viewings will be held the week commencing 31st (following the long weekend).

The flat is in an ideal location: by walking it is less than 10 mins from Victoria Park, 10 mins from Homerton station, 10-15 mins from London Fields and Broadway Market and 15 mins from Hackney Central. Nearest overgrounds are Homerton and London Fields.

The monthly rent includes all bills (incl. council tax) except energy and water which will be split equally between us.

**there is no desk in the photos but one will be provided prior to move in. The room will include: a double bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair.

The flat is on the second floor (no lift) and there is a communal garden.

About me:

I’m a 32 year old from Ireland and I mostly work from home. I’m clean, sociable and fairly chill. Not into having parties at the flat but up for going out and doing things. I’m vegetarian but it’s not essential that you are.
