Sublet: lovely double room and study

Hi!

I am looking for someone to sublet my room whilst i am away for a couple weeks. The housemates are a delight and we are all close friends so we want to maintain the friendly vibe.

You’ll have two private rooms: a cozy double bedroom plus a separate study. This works very well if you sometimes work from home, want a reading nook, or just appreciate having a bit of extra space separate from the bedroom, it’s a pretty great setup.

The house itself is bright and welcoming, with a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs loo, a cosy living room, and a peaceful garden that’s perfect for morning coffee, sunny afternoons, or summer BBQ.

The location is hard to beat, less than a 5-minute walk from Victoria Park, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and local shops right on the doorstep.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

* Easy-going, friendly, and respectful
* Happy living in a social house (while also appreciating everyone’s own space)
* Working from an office max. 2–3 days a week
* Clean and considerate around shared spaces
