Available: 22 July – 22 August (dates somewhat flexible)
Hi!
We’re looking for someone to take over a fantastic space in our friendly, sociable home for around a month.
You’ll have two private rooms: a spacious double bedroom plus a separate study. Whether you work from home occasionally, want a reading nook, or just appreciate having a bit of extra space, it’s a pretty great setup.
The house itself is bright and welcoming, with a shared bathroom, an additional downstairs loo, a cosy living room, and a peaceful garden that’s perfect for morning coffee, sunny afternoons, or the occasional summer BBQ.
The location is hard to beat, less than a 5-minute walk from Victoria Park, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and local shops right on the doorstep.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
* Easy-going, friendly, and respectful
* Happy living in a social house (while also appreciating everyone’s own space)
* Working from an office at least 2–3 days a week
* Clean and considerate around shared spaces
If that sounds like you, send us a message with a little bit about yourself, we’d love to hear from you!
A few practical bits:
* No couples, sorry
* Rent and a security deposit will be requested upfront
Looking forward to meeting you!
