We are subletting a large double room in our dreamy Victoria Park flat for the month of August. This isa 4 week sublet only.
The flat
• The flat is a three-bedroom split-level inside a converted school building right in the middle of Victoria Park Village, next door to Ace Pizza. The location is amazing.
• The layout is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the top floor.
• The place feels super spacious and airy because it has a large entranceway and double-height ceilings in the main room.
The main room is always flooded with light.
• For the shared spaces, there's a massive open-plan living and dining area, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, and one shared bathroom that has a bath.
• We Inve livina here The views from the flat are beautiful, the flat is super spacious so we never feel in each others space. We love having people round for dinner parties.
• There is a gated car park and bike storage.

• This bedroom is on the top floor, so feels quite private.
• It's a large double room with high ceilings, exposed brick, and big sash windows.
About us
We are Ghazzal (28) and Niamh (27). We are tech lawyers working in the City. We're friends <3 but also work together. We're generally out of the house during weeknights and usually work from home on Fridays. We love our home and want to keep a balance between space and generally out of the house during
