The studio is for single occupancy . I live in the upper part of the house.
It has its own bathroom with shower and washing machine which I use occasionally . I can access this without coming into the studio .
Transport is easy via Underground at Mile End 10mins by bus (central, district and Hammersmith and City Lines) or 10 min walk to Homerton Station for overground to Kew or Stratford .Buses 277 and 425 pass end of the road .
I am looking for a responsible professional person who WFH occasionally and who is sometimes happy to have a chat but who gets on with their life.
I am an ex social worker who enjoys traveling and gardening who has lived in the area for a long time .
Rent : £1500 pcm All bills included and a cleaner every fortnight .
