We’re looking for a woman (30+) who’s keen to join a relaxed, friendly home.
We value a calm, considerate atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Who we’d love to live with:
Someone sociable who wants to be part of the household and who appreciates a homely, well‑kept space and will contribute to keeping it that way. Someone with a balanced routine — even though we’re all very sociable, we prefer a quieter environment during the week. Best if you are a working professional; hybrid is totally fine, though full‑time WFH isn’t the best fit for the space.
You'll be living with:
Three women aged 30–34. We get on well, enjoy spending time together when we’re in, and also have busy social lives outside the house. All three of us have spent a fair bit of time living abroad. LGBTQ+ allies.
Elle:
Elle moved into the flat 5 years ago after having lived in Mexico and Colombia for a few years. She's a geography teacher and loves a pint, going out for food and sharing dinner and a natter at home.
Sophie:
Sophie met Elle while living in Colombia. She recently moved back to London and now works as a museum curator. She likes food, going to cultural talks or exhibitions and live music.
Anna:
Anna recently joined the flat, having just moved back from Australia. She works in market research and loves cooking, cycling and running (followed by a sweet treat).
Our home:
The flat is split‑level, so it feels more like a house, with a homely atmosphere. We’ve put care into making it feel welcoming and cosy, and we’re looking for someone who values that too. There’s one bathroom plus a downstairs loo. The available room is small but has a double bed, a large window, a built-in wardrobe, plus access to a larger wardrobe and chest of drawers on the landing. Please note, the desk in the photo is not included and a single bed is pictured. The house has a lot of additional storage.
Location:
We’re in between Victoria Park Village — surrounded by coffee shops, pubs, a deli, restaurants, and Victoria Park — and Homerton Overground which is a 10‑minute walk away. London Fields is under 15. Central line (Mile End and Bethnal Green) are 25 mins walking or a short Lime ride away.
