Large double room in charming flat

My lovely flatmates are moving out and there’s a room available upstairs from the beginning of November (exact date tbc as we’re also switching up the rooms between us).

The flat is on a nice street, 5 minutes away from Victoria Park in a stunning apartment building. We don’t have a living room but there’s a smaller room currently used for laundry (pictured) that can be made into a hangout space.

Currently in the flat:

In the other room upstairs is Harry (30, teacher), he’s currently staying at his girlfriends during the week and coming at the weekends. There’s a bathroom upstairs between the 2 rooms that you’ll mostly have for yourself.

And I’m downstairs Miruna (29, marketing). Looking for someone who wants to contribute to making the space feel homey x I’m out a few nights a week doing contemporary dance and pottery or out with friends but if I’m around I always love a chat in the kitchen or having dinner together.
