Hello!
I am subletting my room from the 2nd of November till the 31st of November. If you like the flat and want to stay- there is possibility of extending as the lease will be renewing December 1st. I am subletting as I am moving end of October.
The flat - 3 bedroom with an east facing balcony and separate bathroom and toilet. Currently 2 females, 1 male. No pets sorry! The flat is on the second level but there is a lift and stair access
The room - furnished with a bed, clothes rack, set or drawers and built in shelves. Large windows and lots of natural light.
The two of us are moving out so the flat is missing a dining table but still well furnished.
The rent covers the current rental price and bills are usually around £120.
