Bills are an additional £150 per month
WiFi, water, gas and electricity.
I will consider M-F rental and short term lets.

The room is fully finished and currently includes a desk and chair.
It over looks the garden and you will also have use of the sunny balcony.


Kitchen had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The Lloyd Park area is great with lots happening right on your door step. Whether your looking for a social to chill or just to get out and about.
I am a 2min walk from Lloyd park, with it's Saturday Farmers market, out door gym and Willam Morris gallery. The Feel good Centre leisure centre, etc.

I am a respectful, positive person, mindful that life can get very busy and that having your own time
to relax is important. Still I'm happy to share a meal or have a drink from time to time!!.
I work for Public Health.

I am just a 15 min walk to Walthamstow Central station (victoria line) 20mins to Oxford circus and British Rail to Hackney and Liverpool street. Also well serviced with local buses just a 2min walk away.
