The double bedroom is a lovely furnished, laminate floored room, with lots of space for ONE person in a quiet house. The room has a double bed, a nice large desk and cupboard, some drawers and lots of space.

We are looking for a clean and friendly person as cleaning is shared.

ALL BILLS are included, including a really fast broadband internet. A nice spacious garden which is used for barbecues in the summer or just to relax. A nice clean spacious kitchen with lots of fridge freezer space. And most importantly 2 bathrooms (1 wetroom) so you never have to wait long to use the bathroom.

GREAT LOCATION - ZONE 3
The house is close to all local shops and transport, close to Walthamstow Central (8 min walk or 3 min bus) and Leyton Station (15 min bus). Stratford is not far either. Please check google maps to see that there is a good connection to transport and shops/supermarkets. We have Tesco's, Iceland, Coffee Shops, Pizza places, Subway, KFC and so much more all less than 5 mins walk from the house.
