ABOUT THE ROOM
- Rent is currently going at the cheaper rate of £560, bills not included for a quick-move in. Usually £610

ABOUT THE HOUSE
- We have made this house our home. Really close to the park, and just 7 minutes to the tube station.
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with a shower/bath).
- We’ve got a really nice modern kitchen ― it had just been done up before we moved in. Weave got a fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space and a washing machine.
- Our living room is massive. J and Lukas use it as a studio area, where they play music, paint and watch movies. We've got a bunch of bookshelves, a nice large coffee table and two super comfy sofas. As well as a coffee table and a lush rug.
- We’ve also got an open dining room which is next to the living room. There’s a desk available if you’re working from home.
- The garden is a bit scrappy, but it’s nice to have one.
ABOUT THE AREA
About 5 minutes to the local Lidl. Lots of nice independent restaurants and takeaways and vintage shops round the corner.

You have 3 housmates!
- Anna is a recent English graduate and is a theatre set designer.
J is still at uni, but she’s taken a year out and is working part-time at an arts supply shop.
Lukas is working but furloughed. Lukas and J are in a couple.
-All are chill and sociable, and are looking for someone to slot into the house and take my room!
- Lockdown hobbies include: cooking and baking together, drawing, painting, making, photography and music!
