Single room to rent in a very quiet 2 bedroom flat in Walthamstow - Bakers Arms.

Hello

I am looking for an independent and quiet person to rent the spare bedroom in my flat.

Sharing kitchen, bathroom, living room and storage space with me but I am hardly ever there at the moment so you would be on your own most of the time.

The room is small but it is very peaceful and safe. I am not often there so if you are looking for a social flat share, parties or new friends I’m afraid that this place would not be suitable.

The area is great, with pubs, shops, and the tube all 10 minutes walk away. Although there is no park right there the fabulous Epping forest, the Marshes, Lloyd Park and Walthamstow Wetlands are all nearby.
Please note that the flat is in a Victorian conversion and can get VERY cold in winter.

Bills: All included up to a normal use of gas/electricity, any extra will have to be paid (meter readings provided)

It is an ideal set up for someone studying or working from home who need their own space in a safe and peaceful environment, female preferred.
