Come live with me in Walthamstow

Hi everyone,

I moved to Blackhorse Road in 2022, and the flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the Victoria line tube station.

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from August, potentially until mid-September. This would be a short-term let.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a lovely terrace. The available room has an en-suite bathroom. You’d be living with my amazing flatmate, who occupies the smaller room.

Smoking is fine, but only on the terrace or balcony.

I’m gay/bi, so it’s important that whoever takes the room is LGBTQ+ friendly.
