Bedroom furnished ,suitable for working professional and student, rooms for only one person occupancy , only 2 people in total will share the house , house will be calm , quiet and private ..

Looking for Clean, tidy , respectful, and easygoing person, treat the place as home .

I am Flexible on time of stay for now will do short let / short term to start with and possibly into long term.

The house with modern bathroom with walk in shower , clean and tidy fully equipped kitchen ,storage space, fridge/ freezer , microwave, washing machine. Also living room with dining table and chairs , and use of a nice Garden .

The house located on a quiet residential street off Forest Road with all amenities. shops, cafes, parks, its about 10 minutes walk to Underground station Walthamstow Central on Victoria Line, bus stop less than 1 mins walk to main road .

Walthamstow Central station has excellent transport links , about 16 mins to King cross , 20 mins to Oxford street, 24 mins to Victoria , and Overground to Liverpool Street in 18 mins.

The rent £850 per month .
