Sunny double room in friendly St James St flat

I'm looking for a friendly female lodger to share my flat in St James Street. The room is a bright, sunny, furnished double and is available either full-time or on a Monday to Friday basis.

I live here with my two-year-old daughter, so I'm looking for someone who is considerate, easy-going, and looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.

I work from home, so the arrangement may suit someone who works away from the flat during the day.

I'd love to find someone who enjoys the occasional chat, cup of tea or glass of wine, while also valuing their own space and independence.

I'm hoping to find someone who is looking for a stable home and who will be a good fit for the household.
