En-suite double room available in family household

We are looking for a short term tenant for a lovely en-suite double room in our 3 bed flat in Walthamstow. Currently the room will be available from October 1st to 22nd and then from November 3rd to December 6th. We are looking for a long term tenant starting in January 2027.

We are a family home so we are looking for someone who enjoys being around cats and children.

The room is an en-suite with a Juliette balcony. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a cleaner every two weeks. The flat is a 20 minute walk from Walthamstow Central and has two balconies. We are near to Walthamstow Town Hall and Chestnut fields.

We are quite laid back and looking for someone who is also laid back and peaceful but energetic enough to handle interaction with a boisterous six year old. I’m into art, film, reading and psychoanalysis and I like to talk about books and movies.
