We are looking for a lodger (one person, no couples) to share our recently renovated 3-bed house.

6 months minimum.

The house is a duplex maisonette with approx 87m sq on the ground and first floors of a 1970s-built housing estate, a 5-minute walk to Blackhorse Road tube and near to all amenities of Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow Market and St James Street.

We have fitted a new bathroom, new internal doors, oak flooring, remodelled the kitchen and fitted a new washer-dryer machine.

The place is fully furnished, including with some mid-century and Art Deco pieces.

As well as three bedrooms, there is an upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC, a large living space with dining table, and an eat-in kitchen.

Well redecorated. Furnished with a double bed, desk with lamp. Plenty of space for storage underneath the bed.

Our place has a small front garden which opens on to the shared communal garden.

All bills are included: ultities, broadband, council tax.

Two of the three existing housemates are the owners & we are around/in london on a part time basis as have a home in norwich. The third housemate is there full time.
