💸 Rent (your portion): £900 excl. bills. The total rent (you are jointly responsible) for the whole flat is currently £1900, but the other bedroom is bigger thus the price difference.
The bills you should consider are electricity, WiFi, council tax, and water. These are all ofc split between us.

The flat is non-smoking and hoping to find someone who is also a non-smoker and ideally doesn’t drink heavily. We value a relaxed atmosphere, especially during the week, as my staying flatmate work from home, so the household is generally quiet and considerate.

The location:
🏬 Just behind the flat is Walthamstow Village which has lots of cute restaurants, shops, and bars. The area feels very safe and family oriented (lots of prams and dogs around 😂). There is an Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Lidl within a 15-minute walk or less.
🚆 Our closest tube stop is Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and Overground), which is about 7-8 minutes away walking. It takes 25 minutes to get to Kings Cross St Pancras door to door and 20 mins to Liverpool Street (if you don’t have to wait 15 mins for the Overground).

In terms of availability for viewings over the coming weeks, we can accommodate Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 9:00pm, except on Thursdays when we are only available from 4:30pm to 9:00pm. Saturdays are flexible, but Sundays are not available.
