Direct links to Kings Cross in under 15 mins From Walthamstow station. Loads of breweries and kebab joints nearby.

The house has a dining room, large garden and excellent security with a Tesco Express stores less than 10 min walk away.

It is also only a 15-20 bus ride from Walthamstow station, there are markets where you will find everything - restaurants, fast food joints, pubs, supermarkets, salons, cafes, etc. It even has a farmers' market each weekend.

With cultural gems like the award-winning William Morris Gallery and a famous market thought to be the longest in Europe; Walthamstow is undeniably urban. But the creatives and professionals drawn to the area are often surprised by all the green space.
