Large (unfurnished) double room in Walthamstow

Hey hey!

My name is Conor, I’m a 33 year old working as an engineer. I’m currently living in a lovely flat on Forest Road in Walthamstow. It’s right opposite Lloyd park and is only a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station (on the Victoria line and overground to Liverpool Street).

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with all expected amenities including a garden. I can provide a double bed as I’m aware it’s going to be hard to fill an unfurnished room for just 3 months.

You’ll be sharing with myself and my dog Sid (7 year old French bulldog, very friendly, well behaved and fully house trained). I’m out at work most days (returning around 2pm) during the week however sometimes I have random days where I work from home.

Looking for someone who’s open to socialising but equally as happy to do their own thing. I’m far from adverse to having drinks and some fun, but just as happy to have a civilised meal and chill out.

I’m personally not part of the LGBT+ community, however many people in my close friendship group are, and I’d like to mention that this is a safe space for all.

If I’m not at home, you’ll find me at work, walking the dog or skateboarding. Other interests of mine include fashion, music and cycling. I have a few friends with restaurants and food venues in hackney so I spend a lot of my time there. A successful candidate could benefit from regular culinary tours of east London to some of the best eateries (if they’d so wish). I’m also not a bad cook myself.

(Please note this is for the two of us so would be halved obviously).
