- Fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, coffee machines and dining area.
- All housemates have their own large kitchen storage cupboards & fridge / freezers.
- Washing machine and dryer with own storage area.
- Garden with large BBQ, seating and smoking area (smoking is not permitted indoors)
- All rooms have their own large 4k Smart TVs
- All bills (including council tax), including a weekly cleaner (cleaning communal areas) and cleaning products are included in the rent.
- House has a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 x en-suite and 3 x shared bathroom.
- House has an up-to-date HMO licence with a Maximum of 6 tenants at any one time.
- If required, permitted parking is available (additional costs apply).
The Room:
- The room is lovely, spacious and bright. It has a large built-in wardrobe with hanging rail and lots of shelves, a new 43" smart 4K TV, a new double Ottoman storage bed & mattress.
- This room is South facing, located on the 1st floor and will share the main bathroom (located on the same floor) with 2 other housemates.
- Double Room - £950pm (Incl. bills)
- NB: In fairness to the other housemates who do not WFH; should hybrid working / WFH be required; an additional supplement (depending on requirements) would be applicable.
- 1 month deposit required (which will be placed in a tenant deposit scheme)
- You will need to be able to pass a rent affordability check.
- References (previous landlord / employer) will be required.
About us:
- We are a group of young(ish) professionals. who have created a homely, peaceful and considerate house share. We are social (have the odd meal, BBQ, party, games night etc.), get on well & enjoy spending time together; however we also respect the necessity of personal space / downtime. All pretty chill and the ideal housemate would be the same. Ideally looking for someone who will fit into that balance and help keep the house feeling like a home.

I prefer that you treat the place like your own home rather than just renting a room. All current and previous tenants have stayed for multiple years - never had any issues (long may that continue).
