Hi I’m looking for a responsible lodger to share and look after my ground floor maisonette in Walthamstow.

The room available is a good size with a leather sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs and a coffee table.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has a table for eating. The bathroom has a new shower cubicle and is tiled throughout. There is a garden.

The flat is 10 mins walk to Blackhorse tube zone 3 on the Victoria line 40 mins to Oxford Circus. It is the same distance to St James St on the mainline to Liverpool St in 15 mins. Walthamstow is also close to the motorways.

There plenty of things to do lots of pubs breweries supermarkets gyms and cultural facilities all in easy reach. Plus the famous street market and wetlands close by.
Walthamstow is in zone 3 with excellent transport links both into central London and to the surrounding areas. Walthamstow is listed as one of the best boroughs to live.

This will best suit someone resourceful who works full time.
