A fantastic space for a considerate flatmate - a spacious double room in a friendly, low-key flatshare in Walthamstow. The rent is £880 a month with all bills included.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift, and we're conveniently located a 10-minute bus ride from Blackhorse Road. You'll have easy access to the lovely Lloyd Park. I use a bike, makes the city smaller!

The Room and Flat
The room itself is very large and comes furnished with a double bed, work desk, work chair, built-in wardrobe, a beanbag, bedside table, and a coffee table/storage unit. There’s plenty of room to easily fit a comfortable working station. The windows face east/south-east, providing plenty of sun and natural light.

The flat has a good sized kitchen for cooking and dining, but please note there is no separate living room. Unlike victorian houses, since the building is relatively new, there is no damp.

I'm a tidy, full-time professional (NHS clinician) who's also studying for a master's. I also offer executive coaching to private clients. I enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring London's cultural scene. I'm looking for a considerate and respectful flatmate who values a calm and friendly home.

House Rules
A low to no hassle home - Shoes off inside, dishes in the dishwasher, and be mindful of noise in communal spaces late on weeknights or early on weekday mornings.
