My partner Becky and I are going travelling for 4 months (Jan–Apr 2026) and looking for someone to sublet our cosy, light-filled flat while we’re away.

Location: 9 min walk to Walthamstow Central station (Victoria line and Weaver Overground line), 5 min to Walthamstow Village with great cafés, pubs, and shops nearby.

The Flat:
-Converted period property with high ceilings and big double glazed windows
-Two large double bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses
-Bright and spacious living/dining room with small balcony
-Work-from-home setup with two monitors and fast internet
-Well equipped kitchen
-Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower
-Fully furnished and homely (we’ll be leaving all the essentials)

Rent: £2,000 per month (all bills included)
Dates: 1 January – 30 April 2026 (flexible – can move in from 23 December if needed)
Deposit: One month’s rent as a refundable deposit to hold the sublet, which we’ll return in person when we’re back to collect the keys.
