The house is on a quiet road with friendly neighbours 1 min walk from the bus stop with great connections to the city.
We are living 4 of us in the house and looking for easy going, but clean and respectful person to join our household, as I'm going away.
The living room is equipped with huge Tv with and sofa for chilling in the evenings with the roomies. Dinning table with 4 chairs in the dinning room just right next to the well equipped kitchen with airfryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and washer-dryer.
The conservatory lead to the garden.
We have a decent size garden with rattan furniture, parasol and tables. Ideal for BBQ in the summer time or just to chill for a drink or to jump to the pool...no diving. 😁☝️
The rent is £780 per calander month with all bills included. £750 required as deposit.
The room has separate entrance and privacy. Wardrobe, ottoman bed with huge space underneath and shelves come with the room. Plenty of space, freshly painted with new, soft carpet.
The room is available from 29th of April with 3 months minimum stay, however we are looking for someone for long term.
The room is available for one person only.
Visitors and guests are allowed.
