I’m looking for a flatmate to share a modern 2-bed / 2-bath apartment in Walthamstow (Old Brewery Way area), a short walk from St James Street / Blackhorse Road stations with easy access into Central London via the Victoria Line 🚆

• Modern fifth-floor apartment with lift access
• Bright open-plan kitchen/living space
• Private balcony
• EPC B (warm and energy efficient)
• Washing machine and tumble dryer
• 2 bathrooms - the available room is an en-suite
• Calm, clean and cosy setup with only one other person living there
• Looking to create a home that genuinely feels relaxed and welcoming rather than just a flatshare

• Double en-suite room
• The flat will be fully furnished
• The room will come unfurnished (it has a fitted wardrobe) however I’m very happy to help finding furniture and organise deliveries if needed
• Happy to discuss buying any essentials needed for the space so it feels comfortable and settled from the beginning

✨ About me:
I work full-time in private equity in Mayfair and I’m in the office 4-5 days a week. I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, and I enjoy cooking and baking, trying new cafés and restaurants, wellness/gym routines, and the occasional quiet night in with a film or series.

I’d love to find someone who is friendly, considerate and easy to live with - someone who also values a peaceful and relaxed environment. Happy for it to feel social occasionally (shared dinners/wine/movie nights etc.) whilst still respecting each other’s space and routines.
