I have an en-suite available in a modern 2-bed / 2-bath apartment in Walthamstow (Old Brewery Way area), 10 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central with easy access into Central London on the Victoria Line 🚆 and a short walk from St James Street overground.

• Bright open-plan kitchen/living space
• Balcony
• Washing machine and tumble dryer
• 2 bathrooms - the available room is an en-suite

• Double en-suite room
• The flat is fully furnished
• The room comes furnished (large fitted wardrobe, double bed and bedside tables)

✨ About me:
I work full-time in central London and I’m in the office 4-5 days a week.
I work long hours, so you’d have the flat to yourself during the week.
I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, and I enjoy cooking, trying new cafés and restaurants, wellness/gym routines, and the occasional quiet night in watching a movie or series.

I’d love to find someone who is friendly, considerate and easy to live with - someone who also values a peaceful and relaxed environment. Happy for it to feel social occasionally (shared dinners/wine/movie nights etc.) whilst still respecting each other’s space and routines.

Ideally looking for someone who is office-based most of the week, as the flat is not set up for full-time or frequent home working.

I’m flexible on move-in dates and happy to consider both shorter-term and longer-term arrangements. If it turns out to be a good fit for both of us, you’re very welcome to stay for as long as you’d like.
