Looking for some friendly flatmates for a couple rooms in Walthamstow.

You'll be sharing with me Hussain, I'm creative, social & friendly. I'm from east london, pescatarian, lgbt+ friendly.

I've been here 4 and a bit years and previous flatmates got their months notice in just before the Renters rights bill went live.

I work for the V&A in their digital department and work flexibly from home and the South ken building.

We have a decent sized living room, 2 bathrooms and a gourgeous garden that i've been pottering around each spring.

I like to host bbqs when theres a sunny weekend but keep the house quite chilled out during the week.

We're based between William morris gallery and the town hall. About 10-15 mins from the tube station and only 30min walk to epping forest.

Both available from the 24th but probably cant fit in viewings + reference checks before the current flatmates are packed and moved now. Ideally we can have someone in at least one room by the 1st.

The property is Council Tax Band C.

Bills are around £145 currently.
Council tax is ~212/m (10 months but I think we can request a change)
Gas / Electric is ~115/m direct debit
Water jumped to ~75/m recently but have to wait for next meter for adjustment
Internet was 33/m (140mbps) with a deal but will need to set a new contract up asap.
We dont have a TV anymore but have a TV licence paid till Dec.
We've used splitwise for everything but rent which has worked pretty well.

About you : You match the vibes of stow. Bonus points if you're already a local. Arty or into nature. Considerate and friendly. Calm auras and good vibes. Like to put on a decent spread with cocktails for friends but kick them out fed and happy to get a good night sleep.
You are happy to hang out for a bit after work but do your own thing if you need to. Working from home isn't an issue as we've all got enough space in our rooms for a desk but try to keep the living room from becoming an office. You want to live somewhere nice with nice people.

We can't take students or DSS or couples, so you'll have to be working full time and pass a refrence check from the estate agent.
