Hi ! My name is Lena I have recently bought this flat and I am looking for someone calm, clean and respectful to live with.

The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished. The main bathroom will be yours I rarely use it as I have my en-suite . The flat is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Extremely secure property and there is a bike room in the garden if you cycle.

About me…
I am 31 yo lady from Paris (half French / Italian) very clean and calm like to live in a peaceful environment. I have a 2 yo dachshund called Pepe so must be a dog lover ! (Bonus point if you love pet sitting sometimes) I am creative. I love cooking healthy food, painting, photography, dancing, Pilates workouts, going to galleries, coffee shops, live music .. I am a hair and makeup artist and work partially from home so must be ok with that :)

I am very kind and friendly and will make you nice dinner time to time and happy to hang out of course !

No couples please and I prefer living with men for some reasons I find it less intense !

If you work from home it’s all good for me :)

The area is amazing with wood street station 5min away / Walthamstow Central 20 min walk away . Community driven area and cute independent shops and bakeries available minutes away from the flat . Peaceful and well connected to central London .
