I have a furnished double room available to rent in my 1920s three-bedroom house in Walthamstow.

I live in the house and use the third bedroom as a study, so the house is shared with just one other person (myself!), rather than being a busy house share. This is a lodger arrangement in an owner-occupied home, so I'm looking for someone who would enjoy living in a relaxed, friendly, creative and respectful household.

The room is a small double (measuring 360cm x 240cm) and comes furnished with:

- Desk
- Large built-in wardrobe
- Built-in shelving

The house itself is spacious, full of light and is on a very quiet street, and includes:
- Large kitchen
- Separate dining room
- Comfortable sitting room
- Large garden
- Shared bathroom with bath and shower

The house is welcoming, artistic, and full of character. It's very much a home rather than a rental property. There are also three resident, friendly cats!

The property is within easy bus reach of both Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central stations, providing good links across London through busses as well as overground. It is also 15 minutes from Whipps Cross Hospital.

- Rent: £800 pcm
- Bills: Not included, and would be £195.76 pcm
- Deposit: One months' rent (£800)
