Double room Walthamstow E17

Our double room is available between August and October.
Fabulous peaceful, safe neighbourhood, in the Coppermill Lane area of Walthamstow. We are very close to the Wetlands nature reserve and River Lea and within walking distance of Victoria line (Blackhorse Road) and Overground Weaver line (St James Street) so excellent transport links into the center of town.

We are ideally looking for another female to add to our existing female household which is made up of myself, my adult daughter and occasional female Airbnb guest. We do have a male ginger cat and occasionally one of our partners stays over so it's not exclusively a female environment.

The room comes furnished and has a workspace with excellent Wi-Fi. The bed is a Whiskaway type and can be folded into the cupboard to create more space for workouts etc.

The house has been renovated to a high standard in recent years with new sash windows fitted last year.
You will have access to the bathroom , downstairs WC, kitchen, dining area and garden. The bathroom is shared by 2 other people. There are two bathrooms in the house and a 3 toilets so rarely issues queuing!

The cost is £200 per week including all bills. Ideally we would like to find someone for the whole 8 week period if possible.

We are a relaxed and friendly household and would like to find somebody who is relatively self-contained but able to engage and be sociable on an easy basis. Face to face / online meeting would be preferred first of all.

We keep a very tidy clean home and would want the same from anyone else who shares the space. A cleaner comes in once a week to service the communal areas but we all share keeping the kitchen clean and tidy in between.

I am an occupational therapist and do hybrid working so working from home on certain days. My daughter works term times so she would be home based for August.
