I'm letting a double room in my flat in Walthamstow, E17. It's a top-floor flat with good light, a private covered balcony, and plenty of shared space.

All bills are included, and resident permit parking is available on the street.

The room is a comfortable double with fitted sliding wardrobes and space for a desk. You'd share the open-plan kitchen and living room, both of which are a decent size. The kitchen has integrated appliances and a breakfast bar, with doors onto the balcony, handy for a coffee in the morning or sitting out when the weather's good. There's a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The flat is close to Walthamstow's shops, cafes, markets, and green spaces, with good transport links into central London. I'm tidy and easy-going, and looking for someone similar to share with.
