A large, ensuite room in a modern high-rise flat in Walthamstow - available for short term lets of one to three months in a queer-friendly, inclusive home. Perfect if you’re between places, relocating, working in London temporarily, or just need a quality base without the commitment of a long tenancy.

Bills are not included (+£425) - please factor that in when budgeting/expressing your interest.

The room
Generous double room with great natural light, a comfortable bed, and a fully private ensuite bathroom that’s entirely yours. The flat is on a high floor with genuinely spectacular views - Canary Wharf to one side, the Walthamstow wetlands and Blackhorse Road stretching out on the other. It’s the kind of view that makes you stop and stare, especially at night.

The flat
Modern two-bed flat, well-kept and stylish. Full kitchen access included - cook properly, not just survive. For meat eaters use your own cutlery and utensils. Fast wifi throughout, ideal if you’re working remotely.

The location
E17 is one of East London’s best-kept secrets - though the word is getting out. Walthamstow Village is walkable, with independent restaurants, brilliant pubs, and a neighbourhood that hasn’t been sanitised yet. Lloyd Park and the Walthamstow Wetlands are on your doorstep for when you need to decompress.

St James Street Overground is a 3-minute walk - Shoreditch and Liverpool Street in under 15 minutes. Walthamstow Central is also nearby for the Victoria line straight into the City.

The setup
This is a live-in landlord situation - I’m a working professional, friendly, and respectful of your space. I’ll give you a warm welcome and then largely leave you to it. I’m not looking for a best friend, but I’m also not a ghost - if you need anything, I’m around.

This is an inclusive, queer-friendly home. All are welcome here without question.

What I’m looking for
A working professional who’ll treat the space with respect, communicate well, and be a decent human being to share a flat with. No formal referencing - just a quick chat to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
