Comes with a large double bed, one housemate (me), shared bathroom, and a great open plan space which is super bright for most of the day.

3 minutes walk from the Weaver line (St James Street station), 15 minutes walk from the Victoria line at either Blackhorse Road or Walthamstow Central.

£1150 per month, bills included.

As a roommate I work in the city three days a week, am super passionate about music, mostly electronic, hence the set up in the living space - so any shared interest in that would be great, but not a dealbreaker.

I also produce music, DJ, and help run a radio station in my spare time.

Very much enjoy my downtime, the flat is intimate, and i'm always down to hang out (not someone to lock myself in my room all day), so fun energy is a must :)

A few of my best mates (one of them moving out of the flat to live with their partner down the road) all live in the area, and i like to host occasional dinners, and would love to include whoever takes the room!
