The flat itself is a little rough. Planning to put some carpet down on the stairs at some stage soon. Also could do with a couple bits of furniture in the advertised bedroom- eg a desk and chair, a standing lamp etc. I'm happy for you to pick out something that fits your style and isn't outrageous, and I'll reimburse you.
I'm out of town atm- it's my not quite yet girlfriend Cash that has done the video tour, but I'll be back at the end of the month to meet up and show you around.
