I am looking for a lovely new female flatmate (sorry guys!) to move in.
The spacious double available is at the back of the flat overlooking the garden, and is light and bright. The room is unfurnished, making it easy to make the space your own.
The flat has a large living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and we're super lucky to have a private garden too with direct access from the flat!
The flat is tucked away on a quiet street, not too far from the green spaces of the marshes, with Clapton, Leyton, Hackney and Blackhorse Road all within easy cycling or bus ride
Transport wise, the flat is definitely well connected with lots of options, all within easy distance.

About me and the flat share:
I am a female working in charity sector, I like art, food, music (listening and dancing to, not playing!), cooking, and exploring what London has to offer. Having some shared interests would be lovely, but definitely not essential!
As I work from home part of the week, I'm ideally looking for someone who is either hybrid too or mainly office-based.
As it's only two people, ideally it is a clean, relaxed, homely and friendly flatshare, with an occasional vino
and cooking night, whilst also appreciating each other's space and downtime.
I am looking for a respectful professional (female) wanting a clean home, and a nice place to live!
