Bright & Spacious Double in Friendly Garden Flat

We’re looking for someone to rent our lovely double room in our flat right next to Lloyd Park.

The best bit? Although it’s a home share, we’re only around part-time, so you’ll have the place to yourself much of the week. It suits someone who likes peace and quiet, their own space, and the occasional cup of tea and chat when we’re around.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, and you’ll share a cosy living room, bathroom and kitchen. There’s also a shared garden that’s lovely in the summer.

The location is brilliant – Lloyd Park is on the doorstep, the William Morris Gallery is just across the park, Soho Theatre Walthamstow is a short walk away, and you’ve got great cafés, pubs, bakeries and the famous Sunday market nearby. Walthamstow Central is about a 20-minute walk away, with buses close by.
