Looking for someone take over my room just a 3-minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station as I am moving in with my partner!

💸 Rent: £1,000/month until September and could be going down to £800/month from September onwards if one of my housemates parter does her masters in London.

🏡 The Room:
• Bright, spacious room with incredible views over Walthamstow Wetlands
• Massive built-in wardrobe with loads of storage
• Shared bathroom with just one other person
The Building:
• Residents’ gym
• Co-working space & meeting room
• Cinema room
• Entertainment/lounge areas

🍳 The Flat:
The kitchen is genuinely a dream — huge island, induction hob, dishwasher, and plenty of storage.
You'll be living with:
• Danny (24) – engineer, gym enthusiast, very easy-going
• Ayesha (24) – Bio PhD student and climber 🧗‍♀️

💕 The Vibe:
We're looking for someone who wants more than just a room — we've always enjoyed having a friendly, homely atmosphere where people chat in the kitchen, respect shared spaces, and keep things tidy. Everyone works/studies, so weekdays tend to be fairly chilled and quiet.
