​Fully Furnished: Features a double bed with a high-quality luxury mattress, mirrored wardrobe plus a dedicated work desk and chair—perfect for working from home.

​Spacious & Fresh: Generous layout with direct door access to a well-maintained patio for quiet outdoor air.

​Amenities: Access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave) and washing machine. Please bring your own personal cookware/utensils.

​Cleaner: A professional cleaner visits bi-weekly to keep communal areas spotless (a small, minimal cost shared between flatmates).

​House Rules & Ideal Flatmate:

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and tidy working professional who will treat the flat like their own home.

​Quiet & Peaceful: This is a calm, relaxing home—strictly a non-party house.

​Single Occupancy Only: No overnight guests (partners/couples).
