I'm heading off on a three month sabbatical and looking for a conscientious, house-proud person or couple to take care of my lovely one bedroom flat while I'm away. This is my much loved home, so I'm hoping to find someone who will treat it as their own - keeping it clean and tidy, and enjoying it as much as I do.

The flat: A fully furnished 1 bed, 1 bath flat on the 9th floor of a recently built apartment block, with a private balcony and great views. There's also a shared terrace on the 2nd floor for residents. The flat comes fully furnished with everything you need, including a TV, and I can leave bedding out or pack it away - whichever you prefer. The building is friendly and community minded, and my neighbours will be around if you ever need a hand with anything.

The area: Just a few minutes walk from St James Street Overground, and 10–15 minutes to Walthamstow Central or Blackhorse Road on the Victoria line - you can be at Liverpool Street in about 20 minutes. Walthamstow has loads of brilliant independent cafés, shops and restaurants, plus Walthamstow Village and the Wetlands nearby.

Available from the afternoon of Tuesday 29 September to Tuesday 22 December (fixed dates - I return on the 23rd)
Key collection can be arranged a few days before move in, a nice chance to meet in person, get a tour of the flat and a run through of any info you may need.

£1,600 pcm, all inclusive - rent, all utilities and internet covered
£700 deposit, returned at the end of your stay
Suitable for a single person or a couple
Non-smokers only, no pets, and ideally aged 25+
Only ask: please water my plants! Otherwise the flat is yours to enjoy
